Unfortunately, we used a different database system for our old website, and that data is incompatible with our new systems. Therefore, all new user accounts will have no previous history attached. We have to add the old purchase(s) to each new account, once you create one. Since it has to be done by hand, we just don’t have the staff to add everyone’s purchases when we opened the new site. After you sign up for an account, send us a message below, and we can connect your previous purchases to the new account. It may take some time to do, as we have received many requests so far.
