WKND Warrior 1

This preset was designed to be used in Stomp Mode and/or Snapshot mode.

WKND Warrior 1 features a rather simple signal chain that is powered by the natural sound of your instrument. That said, there is no amp/preamp block being used in this preset. Instead, this preset is engineered to maximize the natural sound of your instrument. It utilizes compression, overdrive, reverb, and an octave block. It is a similar signal chain to my previous preset “Integritty” but with a less “synthetic” sound overall. I would recommend WKND Warrior 1 to the bassist who wants the Swiss army knife of a preset.

WKND Warrior 2

This preset was designed to be used in Stomp Mode.

WKND Warrior 2 has some of the bells and whistles of WKND Warrior 1 but with a few additions. It features an overdrive that ONLY affects above a certain frequency. This means, that when the overdrive block is engaged, your lows stay strong, thick, and powerful, while the middle and high frequencies are overdriven. And the star of this preset is the “Side-chained” bass effect. It’s an incredible effect when used.

NOTE: The side-chained effect is best if used with the tap tempo to ensure the correct effect timing. Or save the tempo to the preset if you know beforehand.

WKND Warrior 3

This preset was designed to be used in Stomp Mode.

WKND Warrior 3 marries the features of WKND Warrior 1 & 2. It features a carefully tuned overdrive that cuts through the mix and a “side-chained” bass effect with a little more grit than in WKND Warrior 2.

NOTE: The side-chained effect is best if used with the tap tempo to ensure the correct effect timing. Or save the tempo to the preset if you know beforehand.
